IF you can get 100 points under 189, you will get an invite under 189 or 190 in all probability very soon
You can apply under 261313 or 261312
It’s much easier to get 20 points under PTEA then IELTS
Search seek and LinkedIn for job openings for your experience
Cheers

Unless I am mistaken 189 and 190 only requires competent English as a minimum standard.

If you hold a Canadian passport you will be deemed to have Competent English so no test requirements.

However, if for whatever reason you need to demonstrate Proficient or Superior English then you will need to take a suitable test.

You probably need to do a ground up check on your overall eligibility. There is a lot of misinformation around on the internet. For example the closest match for a DevSecOps is probably a "Cyber Security Engineer" (ANZCO Code 261315) and that is not on any of the Skilled Occupation Lists and so is generally ineligible for skilled visas.

Equally there is a lot of nuance around English - Passports from some countries get a pass on a some of the English levels, education in English by passes other requirements but sitting the tests can gain you extra points even as a native speaker. So it's a bit more complex than "Do I need this?" and more a case of "In what ways would this help me?"

Apologies that doesn't really help but this is a fairly complex area. My general advice is to book a Consult with a Registered Migration Agent. They will be able to guide you on any paths that are open to you and what you need to do to meet the criteria.

First figure out if your skill is on the list and get it assessed.
without english exam your passport only gets you 5 points. With English exam you can get up to 20 points.
Point test is getting revamped so I doubt you will get 100 points. If you truly do get 100 points then you will get an invite.
Or you can go to Australia for vacation and while you are there you can find an employer to sponsor you through 186 Visa. That’s the fastest route.
