I am in the process of applying for my UK Visa. I am wondering if anyone has any guidance or has been in a similar situation…
in 2010 I got pulled over for drinking and driving. I got an Administrative Driving Prohibition - this is a 90 day suspension with fines. It is not a criminal conviction and I do not have a criminal record.
I understand I must claim this on my Visa Application. I am wondering if this will be an automatic rejection, or if anyone has a similar successful application experience. I am considering hiring an immigration lawyer.
my fiancé spoke to the citizens advice bureau and they were positive about the situation because it was so long ago and it wasn’t a criminal record. I am still really nervous and would appreciate any first hand information
Thank You!
