Hi all,

I have a few tourist visa questions and would really love some advice please.

My husband is an Indian citizen living in the UK on a valid UK spouse visa. We have partially booked a holiday (2 weeks) to both Canada (Tor) and the USA (NY) in October.

What visas will my husband need?

I've read online that he requires a Canadian Tourist Visa for citizens of India (cost £179.92 - single entry) Is this correct? With regards to the USA I have absolutely no idea what type of visa he requires to enter the country from Canada by air travel.

I'm British born - what visas, if any, do I need?

Many thanks in advance :)

You should really ask on US forum, but for US, he will need B-2 visa obtained in advance from the US embassy in UK. Nonimmigrant Visa Categories | Embassy of the United States
It involves a personal interview at the embassy, so allow plenty of time.
You don't require a visa for Canada - you will be questioned at Canadian border about purpose of stay, duration etc and you will be stamped usually for 3 months. For US, you need to get ESTA online and pay a fee of $14. https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta/ Some people with previous immigration offence or history of arrest can't get ESTA and have to apply for B-2 visa as above.
