Hello friends,

Would anyone be able to point me to a source where I could see the online application form for the 190 visa, so I can prepare all the answers prior to getting an invite?

I searched the forum and found a post with the 189 questions (cannot post a link as I don't have enough posts). If the 190 visa application form is the same as the 189 one that should suffice.

Kind Regards

For the 189 visa, you have to answer the following questions in the online lodgement form - my guess is that it should be quite similar to the form for the 190 visas. I am only copying the section titles, as the printout of my form is around 19 A4 pages - but it should give you an idea. ;)

Depending on your particular circumstances the structure may vary.

- PRIMARY APPLICANT -

1) Passport details
2) National identity card details (if applicable)
3) Place of birth
4) Relationship status
5) Other names/spellings
6) Citizenship
7) Other passports
8) Other identity documents
9) Health examination

- DEPENDENT APPLICANT(S) (INCLUDING CHILDREN AGE < 18) -

1) Relationship to primary applicant
2) Passport details
3) National identity card details (if applicable)
4) Place of birth
5) Relationship status
6) Other names/spellings
7) Citizenship
8) Other passports
9) Other identity documents
10) Health examination
11) Child custody details

- CONTACT DETAILS -

1) Country of residence
2) Residential address
3) Contact telephone numbers
4) Postal address
5) Email address
6) Intended state of residence

- NON-MIGRATING DEPENDENT FAMILY MEMBERS -

- SKILLS ASSESSMENT -

1) Details
2) Partner skills

- EDUCATION -

1a) Education history primary applicant
1b) Education history dependent applicant(s) (age > 18).
2) Australian study requirement primary applicant
3) Regional Australian study primary applicant
4) Credentialled community language primary applicant

- EMPLOYMENT PRIMARY APPLICANT -

1) Employment history
2) Employment in nominated occupation
3) Professional year

- EMPLOYMENT DEPENDENT APPLICANTS (AGE > 18) -

1) Employment history

- LANGUAGE PRIMARY APPLICANT -

1) Language ability
2) English test details
3) Main language

- LANGUAGE DEPENDENT APPLICANTS (AGE > 18) -

1) Language ability
2) English test details
3) Main language

- PREVIOUS COUNTRIES OF RESIDENCE (PRIMARY APPLICANT) -

- CHARACTER DECLARATIONS -

- MISC. DECLARATIONS -

As far as I remember the online form had 17 something pages - so you probably don't want to wait until day 59 to lodge your visa application. Also make sure that every piece of information you enter is 100% accurate as you won't be able to make changes at a later time.

You might want to check out "Form 80" in order to prepare an overview about yourself as chances are high that your CO will ask you to complete it at a later stage. Some of the questions therein are redundant with the online form, others even more detailed (i.e. you have to give an overview about all travel activities during the last 10 years).

Thank you.

I am still hoping though that someone could provide the 190 online form details in case they aren't identical. Or maybe someone could confirm that they are identical?

Wouldn't skillselect login be suffice to look at the form details?
