As far as I remember the online form had 17 something pages - so you probably don't want to wait until day 59 to lodge your visa application. Also make sure that every piece of information you enter is 100% accurate as you won't be able to make changes at a later time.
You might want to check out "Form 80" in order to prepare an overview about yourself as chances are high that your CO will ask you to complete it at a later stage. Some of the questions therein are redundant with the online form, others even more detailed (i.e. you have to give an overview about all travel activities during the last 10 years).
