passed from JNTUH in 2010, they said in 2012 they dispatched but we didnot get it. If we want to get duplicate it will take around one month. Can I use Provisional Certificate for Skill Assessment.

Yes. That should suffice. I submitted my masters' degree provisional certificate and got it assessed successfully by ACS.

They have not asked for Original Degree(O.D) for it?.
