Hi

I got +ive ACS assesment on Oct 2011.The problem is that ACS ignored by last 6 month experience and gave me 0 month for that.So that means they give me 0 month from april till oct but still I had 5 year experince from 2006 to 2011 according to them.
I recently gave IELTS and score overall 7 in all bands.

So now can I appply for 175 visa?
I guess now I have total of cut off point i.e 65

Sure, go ahead and apply before July 1st. If you are sure you have the required points then why wait?

Hi

I am not sure about my work experience.according to acs letter I am assessed as software engineer .they didn't consider my work from march till October but give me 5 year experience from feb 2006 to feb 2011 but no work ex from there on.
So my experience will be calculated by acs letter or by document I provide by diac

Please clarify

DIAC will mostly go by what ACS assesses, but you will have to provide proof for your complete tenure of employment. Since you have five years of experience even without the last six month period you don't have to worry much about it.

I have doubt regarding diac rule for 12 month experience in last 24 month
so will it be fine since I have experience from march 2010 to march 2011?
