Anyone can apply for a student visa but unless all fully dependent members of a family unit each will have to apply for their own student visa and be accepted on to a qualifying course and pay international fees.

A person can apply to study and take their spouse and child for instance without them needing separate student visas but not his siblings and parents.

Why are you frustrated?

I was talking with some people about Canada and New Zealand
they told me
Can not all family members to apply for study visas
or will their rejection of all or some of them
So my only hope remaining is Australia
It's a big continent
But my hope is not large
If it was not allowed
to all my family to get a visas to study

Who is the lead member of your household?
Who lives in your home?

If you are one household and 1 applicant applies his family can go to on his visa. It is highly unlikely you would all qualify for individual student visas at the same time.

What is it you want to study?

My mother is a leader
I am 21 years old
My sister 22 years old
I want to study welding because it is required and may help me in immigration to Australia
My brother would complete high school in Australia
My sister want to study commerce because they graduated from the Faculty of Commerce
Perhaps my mother can come as responsible for my brother (15 years)
I just want to know
If we can get a letter of acceptance from a school or colleges or universities
For example:
I got a letter of acceptance from Any Welding Institute
And
My sister got a letter of acceptance from the University of
And
My brother got a letter of acceptance from the High School

In this case:
Can each and every one of us to apply for a student visa
Or
Will be rejected because we members of one family
I'm looking forward to hear your response and suggestions

No you and your sister are too old. You could both apply for individual student visas for eligible courses which have to be higher education level and need to prove you have the money to pay international student fees and have the money to support yourself as you can only work 20hrs. Though you both may or may not be accepted.

Your mother could do the same and take your younger brother as her dependent but she still needs to meet all the requirements as above.

Their are student visas to allow your younger brother to study in school. He wont be able to work, needs to pay international fees and must have someone in Australia to care for him. He can not apply for another visa at the end of his studies.

There is a visa that allows your mother to go as his guardian but she must prove finances to support both her and your brother. Can not work and can not apply for any other visa from it so must leave with your brother when their visa expires.

Hi rtwkar - I understand the fact that you are quite frustrated. There are probably many very good reeasons you feel compelled to come to Australia.
But i do think you are looking at migrating in a completely wrong angle!!

First things first - do u all have enough resources to live and study in Australia? I think not. As international students, you'll need to pay a lt more than your local counterparts would - and to have the whole family studying at once - will definitley put a dent in your pockets. If you are looking at this purely as a way to enter into the country and then live on DIAC will smell something fishy miles away and refuse you your visas - which will again be a waste of money, time and energy.

What i really suggest is that you study really hard in a good course and then try and come to Australia on your merit - let your siblings do the same too. Then when atleast 3 of you are here - you can try and get your mum here.
This is only 1 of the many possibilities for you. Else, let your mum look at the SOL list - if her profession us required - she can come here with her dependant children while you try and join her in your own merit later.

All the very best!!

Thanks for your replies
I think I understand this:
We can apply for a study Visa (each person apply for a study visa individually)
They will not care if we are from one family
But
May approve or reject for Any other reason
But what do you mean:
(courses which have to be higher education level )
Does that mean that I can not study welding (I Hold certificates in welding)
But I have a question
I was watching yesterday
Program on migration (in fact immigration to America)
Lawyer said to one caller:
You can get a Residence if you can open a small business in America, such as Cafe
Excuse me
But I have several questions
1 - i want know if study help me for immigration
2 - Can I get Residence or migration
In case I opened small business in Australia
Or
3 - in case I want immigration as skill worker Can in this case take my family with me
Because
Some people told me I can not (only my life partner and my children not my mother and my brothers)
I'm sorry for my many questions
But I want a way to help me bring my family

as a skilled worker you can take your wife and kids - not your parents and siblings.

I actually do it
And found work for two years to gain experience
I think the two years experience is a prerequisite to go to Australia

Generally
I hope if anyone has experience about business
Tell me if there is some way
For example:
I heard yesterday
Lawyer in the program says: You can give some of the money as an investment to the U.S. government does not allow you to use only after several years and will get a Green Card
i do not know if in Australia migration programs or the Residence of similar

Sure. If you have at least $5 million AUD to invest, you can qualify for a visa.
