I like fresh calamansi juice. I squeeze 3-5 pieces, into a glass add ice cubes, fill the glass with water, add brown sugar and stir. Let it sit for a few minutes to make it icy cold. Take out the seeds. Tastes great. Better than tru blue or minute maid, etc.
I also use calamansi for marinating meat I put on the grill or oven.
I throw calamansi around the yard to deter stray cats from coming in.
