Hi everyone,

I have come across a good investment opportunity. It's an Off The Plan major property in Adelaide CBD, one of the two highest towers proposed. The completion and possesion is in 2020.

I'm supposed to pay 57.5k right now and then on possession.

My question is, I'm currently on 485, but I'll definitely have a PR soon. I want to know if I'll be eligible for First homeowner grant and all other perks residents enjoy.

I need to decide if I can grab this good deal or wait until I'm a resident.
