Yes, use this info and all you can get from reliable sources to help you through what is, let's face it, an ardous task in your own country, let alone in a foreign one.

It ha to be said too though, don't leave your brain in your suitcase. If someone offers to cut corners alarm bells should be going off right from the start. If you're going to do something on the cheap you're going to get cheap results, whichever country you're in.

What about all those who did it correctly, went through the correct channels,have all the paperwork, are totally legal & have now been told that they aren't legal any more 'cause the goalposts have been moved ?
Or those that all the above applies too, yet now find themselves at risk of demolition due to the 1989 Ley de la Costas being applied retrospectively ?
Yes, there is that too
