Post Brexit I am wondering whether to get a Spanish passport as I have lived in Spain over 10 years and have Spanish residency. Would I need to give up the British passport and nationality if I did that? Is there a way of having both? Thanks for your help:)

Yes but they give it back - see your other post about this.

Have you been doing Spanish tax returns for 10 years? You would certainly need to be Spanish tax resident to even start the process.

Others on here have recorded that the process has taken over two years from submitting their application.

Also, you need to speak Spanish (well ISTR) and have a fair knowledge of Spanish history. Google the requirements as you might be shocked.
