I am trying to bring back a dog from Turkey and would like some advice? I have had a quote from one company that is equating to nearly £5000 that is quarantining in the uk. Any advice on how to go about this would be gratefully received. Currently the dog is being looked after by a friend but very soon he will be unable to and this is we're i have a massive problem. The price doesn't surprise me at all. It is very expensive to relocate a pet. Shop around first though, I know its costly by experience although the price I paid was slightly lower than your quote but that's maybe because I didn't have to leave my pet in quarantine nor am I from an unlisted country. I'm unsure if you will find anything cheaper as you are bringing a pet from an unlisted country which might require more paperwork and your pet might have to go through quarantine which you pay for. I do advice you to use a pet agency to do all the paperwork though because trying to do it your self can be a headache.
