Border Problems?
I've justed joined this forum and am looking for some information.
I became a Canadian citizen in 1997 but never renounced my U.S. citizenship. Since then I haven't filed any U.S. tax returns and am now caught up in the failure to file mess.
My question is, has anybody in a simular situation been stopped, hassled or denied access recently when crossing the border to enter the U.S.?
