Hi all,
I had a search but couldn't find an answer to my question so here goes:
My wife was issued with a spouse visa and BRP in July 2013. She has now got round to changing her name, and received her new passport yesterday. She is now filling out the application form for a name change to the BRP, but we got stuck on one point:
Where it asks for the last category in which you applied for leave to remain in the UK, we are not sure what to put.
Our options are "Temporary migration (Limited leave to remain) or "Settlement (Indefinite Leave to remain).
Could somebody confirm which category we are in? This is my wife's first spouse visa since transferring from a fiancee visa.
