I think a lot will depend on what type of job. Limassol is the commercial centre of the island, Nicosia is the capital, Paphos and the East coast are mainly touristic.
Paphos is open all year round while many parts of the east coast close down for 4 months in the winter.
There are opportunities for those with experience of call centre and tele-sales in Nicosia, Larnaca and Limassol (and probably elsewhere). Most of these require a good level of spoken English and cover a variety of services (with most opportunities in Larnaca where there are at least 2 major call centres - one associated with a wide variety of goods and services, the other higher education for online Universities). A new operation in Limassol is also associated with online learning. These operations tend to have quite high turnover as it is pretty cut throat with those not meeting targets being let go, but if you have a flair for selling over the phone, the job can be rewarding.
