Bank Statments for UK spouse visa

Me and my husband are applying for our uk spouse visa very soon but I have a concern. My husband meets and exceeds the financial requirement and has been getting his bank statements mailed to him the last 6 months, however when he requested mail sending of bank slips to his home it was in the middle of the month so the statements cover from the middle of one month to the middle of the next month. the technical final bank statement we would need would be arriving mid October, even though the last payslip we need happens at the end of September. By the time he would get his statement and send everything to me it would be past the 28 day limit for how old a payslip would be and then we would have the same problem if we waited another month. My question is could he request from the bank an official stamped statement for the full month of September and we submit that with the other 5 bank statements? My only concern is that even though it shows in the statements his pay going into his bank account and it being the exact amount, even though it is 6 statements the first one (since his statment begins on the 15th of each month) we only have 5 and a half months covered in the bank statements, but still 6 months of payslips. The only other option we could think of was ask for the full statement for April as well as add that into it, or just have them reprint all 6 months so they are perfect. I am very stressed about this and i hope someone might have better insight, thank you!

Yes, it's common for people to ask for an extra statement to cover the final salary payment. If it's an online statement, it should be stamped or carry an official letter authenticating it.
Yes, provided that statements show all 6 monthly payments.
