Upon conducting some research, I found that Mouloud falls on the 26th of February this year. However, as this is a Friday, will people celebrate this auspicious occassion on the 25th of February (Thursday) with an accompanied holiday?

The urgency with which you respond would be greatly appreciated; my boss is traveling to Abu Dhabi in the next couple of days.

Days are not given in lieu for any holiday that falls on a weekend. Holidays here are dependent on the moon for the most part, so we won't know for sure what will happen until 2-3 days before the actual holiday!
