Sure, why not? You can probably even keep your credit cards. As long as you were a good customer, I see no reason why bank would not like to maintain relationship.

Hi,
Banks get very nervous when you leave the UAE for good and they are reluctant to let you keep any bank or card accounts open here.
In fact, if they get to find out that your visa has been cancelled - they freeze your accounts until you either settle outstanding card debts and loans or until you provide them a copy of a new UAE visa along with details of your new job.
