There are way too many variables for you to make inferences from one persons timeframes to another. My actual timelines will have no bearing on your actual timelines or anyone elses for that matter.

Otherwise you are comparing apples, to oranges to Mangosteen.. and wondering why the average colour comes out as brown.

Use the average processing times, and if you want a better indication, you can do an FOI request for a breakdown by other attributes like nationality. I have seen real statistics in the past that show this sort of thing can have a monumental impact on processing times due to factors such as the time taken for security reviews and other checks and balances going on in the background.

But setting that aside, this is why the DHA publishes the Median (50th percentile) because cherry picking a small number of complex, or perhaps even incomplete, or straightforward, applications is rather meaningless
