Hi everyone, I'm an Australian chef who wants to learn about Cypriot cuisine, and want to volunteer my time in a kitchen in Cyprus in exchange for being taught traditional food. Does anyone have any recommendations as to where I should approach? Anywhere that could offer me accommodation would be a bonus!
