AITSL does not accept PTE, only Acadmemic IELTS.

will work experience of coaching will be counted in applying PR?
Its a little bit more nuanced that the straight No from RD.

To be able to teach in Australia your overseas teaching qualification must meet the minimum national standards through a AITSL skills assessment. You must have completed a minimum of four years full-time (or part-time equivalent) study at university level that results in qualification/s, and includes a relevant initial teacher education qualification. As part of your ITE you must have completed at least the minumum of 45 days of practice teaching under the supervision of the institute that issued your qualification.

If your qualification met the equivalent of an Australian Bachelor Degree or higher, and you met the supervised teaching practice requirement then yes, if you were in Australia with working rights you would likely be able to be registered as a teacher here.

However, the the purposes of skilled migration points, only experience within a registered school setting will be recognised for the skilled employment statement that is used as part of the points test for skilled migration.
