Thanks for your attention and time.

I have applied online for GSM subclass 175 and now I am uploading scanned documents. Here I am facing an issue. Please guide me on that.

Document check list ask for required documents to upload but some times it looks like there will be double copies of some documents. For example they have mention to provide photo copy of passport page and next they demand proof of age evidence. In my case my age evidence is again passport. Similarly work experience letters and specific work experience letter in my case are same but they demand it separately.

should I upload two copies in all cases or just one ? please guide me.

thanks for your time, attention and sharing with me.

Regards,

haansi

hay haasi,

I came across same scenario, where it says, evidence of work experience and evidence of specific work experience, We had to upload the docs twice.

Plus, if you want a multi page pdf doc to be proper readable resolution, maintaining docs below 1000k is a big challenge. for work exp with pay slips, tax statements and bank statement, we had to split it into multi parts-part1, part-2 etc.

For birth certificate, we uploaded 10th certificate with declaration that mine birth cert was not made..

Hi, I have also gone through the same dilemma... I have also posted on forums asking about this thing.. apparently, there is no right or wrong answer.. Everyone has his own opinion... and there seems to be no rule. Some say uploading twice won't hurt, some say you don't have to upload twice..

I guess it all boils down to what you feel is right...:)

I have already finished uploading my docs, but up to this day, I still don't know what is the better way to do things. Good luck!
