I am looking for guidance from forum users on consultants who could assist me with structuring my UK employment contract. I am a US citizen who previously worked in the UK from 2002 - 2006 for a US multinational and as such was on a US expat contract. I am now considering an employment opportunity with a UK based firm for a global role based in the UK. The company does not have a US subsidiary and I am trying to structure the agreement in the most advantageous way to minimize my US/UK tax liability given this agreement will be for 2 years or less.
