I doubt whether Accountants who doesn't have ielts 7 but have state sponsorships are in Cat 5. In my case I dont have Ielts 7 (Accountant).

Please clarify me this.

Without IELTS 7, your nominated occupation is considered not listed in CSL and thus you are in Cat 5.
