Hi All,

I need some advice.I own a property in Dubai jointly with my wife. I am not based in Dubai. For purpose of sale of the property I have got a power of attorney from my wife to me in English which has been notarized in my country, attested by the U.A.E embassy in my country and then attested by the ministry of foreign affairs in Dubai.

I have go the POA translated to arabic from certified translator in Dubai. Now my question is who needs to attest the arabic copy for use with Land Department for sale of property. Does the english copy also need any further attestation. Does my wife also need to be there in Dubai for these attestations.

Any advice from some one who has done the same will be very helpful
