Oh dear :fear:
You clearly don't get it, do ya:Hi to all friends.
I have a bit complex case to discuss.. I hope some of U will shed some light on it. I am Pakistan national, came to UK in DEC 2006 and got married to Portuguese women in April 2008. Applied for EEA2 visa and got it in June 2009(visa process took 13 months). (I was not student. Come to UK on working holiday maker visa)
We lived together till April 2012 and unfortunately it didn’t last long and I filed divorce in Sep 2012. Case again took long and till date I only receive certificate of entitlement to a decree. And my decree Nisi is on 20th oct 2013. I know i have to wait for 6 weeks after that to get it over. I am working as GIS engineer in government organisation from last 5 years continues and visited Pakistan 3 months every year.. Now after all this background.. Here my question comes.
1:- Can i apply for ILR as my time on EEA2 visa is well over 5 years or i have to wait for my visa expiry which is in June 2014.
2:- can i apply for ILR now even i don’t have divorce yet.
3:- If yes to above questions then in both case i.e. to apply after divorce done or now, ---what I have to provide with application for ILR. And what to do and what not to do in this case... Plz help... my career in hanging on it.
I have no ware about of my EX.
(if someone gone through same situation plz share theres.. thanks)
If you want another opinion, pay for it!......and to avoid getting banned, stop multi posting.appology to jump into this.
