Just apply online. As for supporting documents, it depends on whether the EEA citizen is already living in UK for 3 months or more, in which case they must be a qualified person exercising EU treaty right in UK, such as through work. You must enclose evidence for it, such as payslips, signed contract or employment letter. Also proof of suitable accommodation, such as tenancy agreement or mortgage statement and council tax or utility bill. In every case the EEA spouse should attach a letter requesting EEA family permit for their non-EEA spouse, marriage certificate and some evidence of a genuine marriage such as joint bank account, joint investment, wedding photos and communications record while living apart. Hi joppa There is question we dont understand it I put it abouve
For thé second et thé third question we put thé same amount ?


1 How often do you meet?
2 How much is spend in each months or living cost?
3 How much of the total monthly is given to family membre and other dépendent ?
