Applying for 189 visa while on 457 on a different job code

Hi All

Am currently working in Australia for more than one year on 457 visa as ICT Project Manager and in the process of applying for 189 visa as ICT Business Analyst.

So is it advisable to claim points for Australia working experience as ICT Project Manager for the last one year?
