I am an Australian citizen and my wife is from Pakistan living in Dubai. I got married to her recently and have applied for her 309 Partner visa (paper application) in Dubai VFS this month (AUGUST 2017).
I wanted to know if anyone has had recent experience of applying for 309 visa for their spouse in DUBAI?
I have heard good and bad stories about cases, so wanted an opinion from someone who have had gone through the process: From application lodgement to visa approval.
If there is a good soul wanting to share his/her experiences, i wanted to ask them the following questions
- Whats the application processing time in Dubai
- How often department contact applicant
-When do they ask for medical checks (we have already provided them with police clearance certificates).
