Hi all
i wanted to ask what if the sponsor is not willing to contact the MP
can the applicant himself contact the area MP and ask for an answer. is it possible ?

or the applicant sister also lives in the uk can she ask her mp to look into the visa ?

is there any use to ask the mP ?

I believe that they are only allowed to assist their constituents. So, if you're outside the UK then no. The applicant's sister can but it has to be the MP for the area where she lives.

Why would the Sponsor not wish to contact their MP, after all they should have every reason to do so?

Applicant's sister can't help unless she happens to live in the same constituency as the sponsor. MP always asks where they live when somebody contacts them for help.
