Dear all,

Firstly, I would like to thank everyone for all the information which helped me a lot in going through this time consuming and mind draining process.

To start with, I'm married (same sex marriage, both MALE) under a civil marriage ceremony.

I'm currently finishing my Appendix 2 form... few questions that needed some answers.

Questions:

1.1 Relationship to UK sponsor (initially chose Spouse)
Spouse? Civil Partner? Same-sex partner?

3.3 Method meeting the Financial Requirement (chose 3A, Cat A)
Non-salaried permanent employment - total of 6 months payslip divided by 6 to get the average then multiplied by 12 months. Is this right?

3.11 Sponsor's annual income b4 tax? (placed £21,000 approximately)
calculation:
total gross (6mos.payslips) = £10,562.5
divided by 6 (to get average) = £1,760.4
multiplied by 12 months (annual gross) = £21,125.08

what is the right figure to place on the box?
£18,600? £21,125.08? or round off amount £21,000 approximately?

Looking forward to all your answers and suggestions.

Thank you all again in advance.
