Maybe, depends on the circumstances…As xabia said, get a good Gestoria or even an Abogado to deal with this for you - it is a complexed area of law that needs experience. The regulations are changing regularly also and you can get caught out.

There are always strict timescales on things like marriage certificates so you may need new one within 3 months, or many other things. It will almost certainly need some kind o certification but whether you need an apostille or stamps from your embassies depends on the circumstances!
