I have just moved into a Alma E on the Ranches there is a kind of patio area off the dining area at the rear of the property. I believe that some people have created an extension to the dinning by breaking through as the walls are not loadbearing. Has anyone done this themselves or know anyone who has. I am looking obviously to find a good contractor to execute the project...that is of course if it is allowed by Emmar of course?
