Hi,

I got the VISA grant letter in 08 Feb, 2010 for Class VE, Subclass 175 Skilled - Independent. In my grant letter there are 2 sections which I am not clear about -

1. Settlement Information - Form 886, http://www.immi.gov.au/allforms/pdf/886.pdf
Should I submit it to the Australian Embassy before moving to Australia ? or I can submit it to the processing centre after moving there?

2. Medicare - in the letter it is said that people holding temporary or provisional residence visas are not generally entitled to access Medicare and encourages to obtain private health insurance.

As I see from - Skilled – Independent (Migrant) Visa (Subclass 175)
that Subclass 175 visa holders are eligible for Medicare? Not clear whether I am eligable for Medicare.

Thanks in advance.
