I recently married my husband who lives in the US. We are going to file a i-130 form and biographic info forms, but as I live in the UK and he's in the States we don't have the proof, ie back accounts ect to prove we have a ongoing, long term relationship. We fly to vist each other ever 6 weeks for about 2 weeks and have done so for the last 2 years, spending the whole summer school holidays together too. My husband has no problem proving he can support myself and my children. We have 3 qualified friends of his that are willing to have affidavids done to state how long we went out and that we have a ongoing relationship, just doint know what wording they need to use. Please help!

Have you kept the receipts and/or boarding pass stubs from your visits back and forth? Those can be used to "prove" your ongoing relationship, too. How far back do you have e-mail to and from each other? Snail mail? Or your phone bills showing calls back and forth?
Cheers,
Bev
