Hi Guys,

I just started with my skill assessment process and I had a query regarding the employment proof needed for Vetassess assessment. I requested service letters from my previous employers and although I am able to manage most of the details in the correct format, there are following issues which I am facing with respect to the referee details:

Employer 1 - In this case, the referee details added are that of 'VP - Finance' who wasn't a supervisor in my team, but is an authorized signatory of this organization. The organization refused to put anyone from the HR department in the signature.

Employer 2 - Letter is issued by the HR department and they have mentioned their corporate HR email ID in case Vetassess wishes to reach out. However, they refuse to add Email and phone no. of the referee in the signature.

I would appreciate if someone could share their thoughts on any potential issues.

Revisiting this old thread as I am looking for an answer to the same question asked above for employer 2 - my HR refuses to give contact details of the authorised HR signatory but can give the company's generic email id / phone number to be contacted for further detail.

Is this an issue? Thanks
