hello wonderful people
i am an american living in england with my wife on a spouse visa...

when we move (within england), do i need to inform anyone of our address change?
i've registered at our new address with the NHS and DVLA... does UKBA need any update on this?
the address i used when i first arrived was my wife's parents' house. they still live there and i can use it as a "permanent" address...
thats all... thanks!

No. The only people who need to notify the authorities every time they move are those required to register with the police. Americans are exempt from that requirement. You need to change address on your driving licence, but that's the same for everyone else.
