Hi,

There are few discussion already in the forum please have a look

175 visa - Adding mother as a dependent in the same visa
class 175: mother, father and spouse

You can add both in the beginning, and if CO accepts it then he will ask for further evidence. It does not cost your any extra money, so worth trying it.

For parents, you have to prove that they are financially dependent on you(Food, Shelter, clothing, medicals etc.,) and you need documented evidence. If you cannot provide sufficient documents, you can try with submitting a statuary declaration form. But, it depends on the CO to accept the form.

I am not sure about the siblings, let some one who has experience can comment on it.

Hope this helps. Good Luck!!!!

Yes your application is rejected. You are not submitting different applications for all members of your family its all in the same application. The application as a whole gets accepted or rejected. CO wont accept or reject parts of the application.

yup tricky indeed :) Also even if you prove the dependency of your your parents still they would both need to clear the medicals as well. In case their medicals fail your application would be rejected. As i said earlier its either the application is accepted or rejected there wont be anything like ok this this and this person is accepted and so and so persons are rejected in this application.

Your application will not be rejected during the initial assessment by CO. If he does not accept your parents & siblings, you have to submit some additional forms stating that they are non-migrating dependents and your application will move on. I am stating this based on my personal experience. But, once accepted and if your parents could not pass the medicals, then only your application will also fail. You have to decide as you know your parents health conditions better. Good Luck!!!
