Hi Folks,
I have submitted the docs for ACS review . The RnR documents are provided oncompany letter heads . ACS result letter says those RnR are not suitable. As company gave generic text i would like to go for review with additional documentation. Is it ok if i submit Statutory document by supervisor ? Again will they compare both the documents for the review ? Please suggest .

Yes, it is fine if you submit a Statutory declaration by supervisor, senior colleague or manager. Remember the declaration should contain something like "Sworn before" and so. The Roles and Responsibilities letter should clearly describe you role in the company etc. Software engineer roles, business analyst roles....
