Howdy,

I had a positive ACS assessment in 2020 and this obviously has now expired.
At that time the application was submitted by my then agent.
I do intend to apply again soon.

After some back and forward with the ACS account regarding pass/mail/login I finally have access to my old application.
While scrolling trough the application i did notice some inconsistencies regarding Date of Employment - Experience 1

Now is stated (Start Date) : 19.10.2012
It should be : 19.11.2012

There is one month discrepancy. Payslips, bank statements, reference letter are all with the correct start date and end date.
As you know, one can not change submitted files and work episodes.

No sure how to proceed....

1. Do I continue with brand new application with new mail address (if this is possible)?
2. Contact ACS (this will take a lot of time and a lot of explaining) ?
3. Continue adding new documents/experience to old application ?

PS I still have the same position and company as last assessment

Cheers

My opinion:
1. Do I continue with brand new application with new mail address (if this is possible)?
I would say it's going against transparency. If they find out by any chance, you may have to face consequences.

2. Contact ACS (this will take a lot of time and a lot of explaining) ?
You can try by explaining the situation through email, ofcourse, if you have enough time and not in a rush to get assessment.

3. Continue adding new documents/experience to old application ?
Yes. Submit fresh application providing the details of inconsistency that has happened and request for new outcome with current documents through new application.

Agree on option 3.
I will write and in addition give them a call (they are slow to respond to mail communication, probably overwhelmed with applications)
