Hi
today my ACS Skill Assessment Status changed from "In Process" to "with Assessor". It has one registered Post Number also. Does it mean that result has been dispatched or is it with Assessor only?

Read the below reply from AUS Post.

Thanks for the email enquiry. The article RRXXXXXXX was despatched to Pakistan on 29/8/09.

Unfortunately, we do not offer online or web based tracking for the above category of mails, but manual tracking is available for ordinary articles over 2kg, registered and insured articles. It is our experience that few overseas postal administrations provide online information for the above category mail services on their websites. The estimated delivery time is around 3-10 business days. If the article is well overdue, returned or the addressee claims non delivery, then the sender or the agent is required to fill out a customer service complaint form with a copy of proof of posting at any post office within 6 months from the date of posting to facilitate an investigation or for a claim. The customer can request for a customer service complaint form to be posted to an address via 131318. Once the complaint form is received by Australia post and if the article has been despatched via recorded despatch, insured or registered postal service then, a manual search will be conducted. The investigation can take up to 1-2 months. Once the investigation is completed, the customer will be advised of the outcome. We regret very much for the caused inconvenience.

Thank you for contacting Australia Post.
