Dear Folks,

I have got the negative assessment for the second time.

For the first time when I submitted, at that time I wasn't able to get the pay slips + bank statements from my old employer as it was more from 2008 to 2018. At that time it was hard for me to find the Bank statements + pay slips.

Anyhow after the first rejection, I contacted my previous employer and managed to get the one pay slips for each year (i.e. 11 pay slips, each for one year from 2008 to 2018). Additionally I visited the banks and got the account statement from the first day of bank account opening.

But the problem is, on the bank statements there is not Employer and Employee name mentioned. But the transaction history is there. Anyhow I have submitted the complete bank statement by highlighting the salary transactions precisely.

For my current employer I got the pay slips and bank statements. But same issue with statements, there is no Employee/Employer name mentioned.

I have got considered as Zero experience out of my almost 14 years of experience.

I don't have any clue now what to do next?
Should I write down an email [email protected] to ask about the exact what else they need?
Should I ask my banks to give me an official email that for salary transfers, in our banks we do not mention Employee/Employer name? Or is it something that I need statement from my employers?

Looking forward your expert opinion.

Clearly, you have not provided enough evidence around your pay. The period in question is within last 10 years, for which ACS will not be lenient at all. If your bank statement does not contain employer name (it should contain employee, i.e your name on the top anyways), then you need to add more evidence, as in tax statements or returns. Unfortunately, if that is not an option, talk to your bank to confirm the employers name in your statement with a letter issued on their bank letterhead.

Read through the "Pay Evidence" section in this document carefully --> https://www.acs.org.au/msa/skills-assessment-guidelines-for-applicants.html

Thanks for the reply mate. Actually with my previous employers, at that time no taxes were deducted. So salary slips they have provided aren't with tax. It means I can't get the tax relevant documents from them as well.

So in that case basically I have to do following:
1- Ask my bank to give the statement on their letter head stating that "Employee and Employer name" wasn't mentioned during those transactions.

Am I right?

Tax related documents should be from government not from employer. The government department authorized to collect taxes will only issue tax related documents (with details like salary paid by your employer and tax deducted on that salary). These documents are mandatory for any assessing body.

Ask my bank to give the statement on their letter head stating that "Employee and Employer name" wasn't mentioned during those transactions.
That doesn't help. Payslips show that your employer paid salary and tax documents from government show that you received it. You can substitute tax documents with bank statements if they have employer name against the payment received.

Yes, This is the only option you have right now. So, go to your bank and urge to provide details of transaction means who credited the money, bank will be able to provide. IF salary was given with check, then u can request for scan copy of the check.
You have to get 2nd proof of payment otherwise ACS will reject. Unfortunately, there is no other option. But, in the upcoming guideline applicable from 23 March (don't know the exact date), you can provide your work visa.

By the way, When did you submit for review how long did ACS take?
