There is no reason to think negatively. From past experiences, they do give time and attention to every application, so they will understand your case and scenario and give result accordingly.
Just in case, something goes wrong (Very low probability), you always have the option to Appeal against the decision. But make sure, this time send all docs in one shot...rather than 3 separate emails
