1-- do i need statutory declaration from peer with roles and responsibility mentioned and also self declaration duly attested by notary for all organizations i have worked for.
2-- or do i need only statutory declaration from colleagues.

Hi Can anyone please let me know that if the statutory declaration period is only for 3 years when i have worked for 7 years, as i am unable to trace my first manager under whom i worked for 3 years. with current manager i am working for 2yrs 10months
Hi Do we need to stamp Statutory declaration/affidavit with stamp " True copy as original" from notary the way we have to submit for other educational cert/experience cert. or its not required as they were already notarized.

It is already notarised

No need to get it stamped again

Reference letter related query

Hi,

I have all my documents ready for application to ACS. However, 1 work-ex accounting to almost 3 years does not have the words"full-time employee" or "45 hours per week" mentioned. It however has "bonafide employee" mentioned. All my reference letters are company letterheads and notarized. My question is, is this word "45 hours per week" or "full-time employee" mandatory? How strict is ACS about this?
All my ex-employers will back what's written in the reference letters. But does ACS send back queries during assessments. Or they just don't evaluate that particular work-experience?

Thanks

The word full time or 45 hours per week is a must as far as I know

If that is missing they will simply not take that period into account and assess your application on the basis of only the other experience, documents for which are correct

Cheers
