Hello!

I sent ACS application online on March, 14th. On the same day I sent the hard copies by DHL and they are not there yet. On March 15th, the status changed to Awaiting Documents and there is a text:
"A Request for extra documents or information has been sent to your email address. Please check your email address for further details."

The problem is, I have not got any email from them. Is it normal?

If you are sure you haven't received the email even after 3-4 days better call them and confirm. Make sure you didn't miss it anywhere in your inbox. this isn't normal

It seems everything is still OK. They received my papers today and I got an email about it. Then the stage was still "Awaiting documents". I just checked and now it is in Stage 4 already. Hopefully I will hear soon from them!
