Hi Guys,

I am in the process of submitting my acs skill assessment. I went to the notary, he said there are 2 things for certification:
1) A stamp certifying the document as true copy and a stamp next to it saying: Notary, govt, of India. (rs.20)
2) Notarized stamp which is round, red in color. (rs.100)

I would like to know whether i require only the 1st one or both. Please advice. This will be quite easy for people who did it from Mumbai, India to answer. Thanks!

You need only option 1
Option 2 is required for affidavits for filing cases etc.

Cheers
