Need assistance on interpreting ACS assessment. How many years of working experience are deductible for a degree assessed as ---

Comparable to an AQF Bachelor Degree with major in computing .

I would appreciate swift feedback.

Thank you all.

2 years if the degree is closely related to your field. If it is not closely related 4 years. Check the "Summary of Criteria" pdf document from the ACS website.

Thanks, just checked the document.

How do we know which courses are closely related or not closely related.

Thanks Mack

I have actually done the assessment and got 4 out of my 5 years experience deducted. I may have to attempt my IELTS again to make up for the lost points. I could see you scored 8.5 in your writing. What are the tricks. And also for speaking. I had 8, 8, 7.0 (writing) and 7.5 (speaking) in my last attempt.
