Hi,
I got my certificate notarized at Court, but the stamp says "Certified to be True Copy"
However, ACS guidelines says the words "Certified True Copy of the Original" is required.
Will there be any problem?
Dont worry. You are good. As long as there is a seal mentioning the details of court or Notary is presentThank you so much for the reply.
Is there anyone who got ACS clearance through these words "Certified to be True Copy". Because in courts in India, it's difficult to find that stamp ACS mandated, personally I had hard times getting those text at least, many of them never even heard of it.
No issues. Both are same.Thank you so much for the reply.

Missed to mention in original question : attached stamp along with notary seal and details also present. Please confirm whether it is valid? Please confirm "attested before me - True copy" stamp(attached image) from Notary, India is equivalent to "Certified true copy" requirement by ACS.
