Hi everyone, Im the new member here.
I and my sponsor ( UK Citizen ) applied a spouse visa last month.
We are still waiting for the result. While waiting, im worried about accomodation. My husband is disabled , hes living in a flat ( renting - council pays 70%). In my application documents, I gave proof that he lives there . But didnt give proof like the landlords letter allows me to live there with him once i get there, i also didnt give the tenancy agreement... and unfortunenately , he is going to leave to the new address soon on february, so now he has no tenancy agreeent at the time because he already finished contract with the landlord ( just waiting to leave on february) . I dont know clear, thats all what he told me . Im confused and is this might lead to refusal my application?
I also gave proof of another address that I and him plan to stay to make my application much more stronger ( this is his parents house- the letter of his parents allow me and him to live there I also gave it all ).
And sorry about my English :) :(
