Hi,

We are a family of three, looking to rent a place a three bedroom place( preferably Villa) in Dubai. We have short listed the following areas:

Al Furjan
Jumeirah Vilage Triangle
Springs

Does anyone have the experience of living in these communities? Are they good and self sufficient in terms of markets, parks, gyms and pools?
Also we have to travel to the internet city daily for work so how's the commute?

Suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks

I know the springs well, gated communities by Emaar, some of the communities are better than others however the communal areas are well kept ( Grass, lakes etc) pools are nice and they are close to shops. Internet City isnt too far but in hour there are traffic jams. Friend lives in JVT i don't think has any communal pools at all however they are building a mall but it isnt finished and they dont have a vast amount of shops as the Springs does. Al Furjan no clue sorry. My preference for community feel, close proximity to the centre of Dubai, Malls, beach etc would be the Springs however you have to get the right villa. I reside in the Greens which is just around the corner from the Springs and love it there
